Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Replacement is not available

Refund Process

  • Customer can raise the return/exchange request within 48 hours of product delivery. Our team will check and approve the return and exchange within 2 working days and exchange product will be deliver within 3-4 working days.
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used or opened products
  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference issues
